Levels to this
Being born in a carnivorous lifestyle is definitely not a choice that people would make. Instead, it's easier being assimilated into a cannibalistic society which makes the appearance of eating meat the better option. The levels in between 

Carnivore 
Omnivore 
Vegetarian
Vegans ( that eat soy and gluten)
Vegans (alkaline)
Herbivore (raw food diet)


NUTRITIONAL VALUE
The biggest upside of having a whole plant-based diet is nutritional value. Vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Minerals carry the vitamins that provide the nutrients. When you eat an alkaline vegan diet you will get most nutrients that you need daily.

Cinnamon Fried Apples

•Cut and core the apples.
•Apple core will ruin the recipe.
•Apple slices will be covered with cinnamon, lemon juice, agave nectar (low glycemic sweetener).
•Fry over medium heat until soft and tender.


Fry in a Dr. Sebi alkaline selected oil (grapeseed) *



Southern-style sweet potatoes 

Peel the skin off of your organic sweet potato. Season with cinnamon and a pinch of clove and salt. Turn on medium-high with oil in the pan. Coat (all) diced potatoes with oil before any type of cooking. Cover and turn down to a simmer.


Make sure all the skin is peeled off of the sweet potatoes *


Fried plantains 

When picking a plantain you want to pick up and beaten up one slightly black on the skin and make sure it's soft. Fry on medium heat.


Take off heat when it becomes golden brown*


                          Belgium waffles
1.5 cup (spelt flour)
3/4 cup hemp milk
1/2 banana 
1 tablespoon oil
1 pinch of salt
4 tablespoons agave nectar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tsp clove
2 tablespoons baking powder (aluminum-free)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Mix lightly..barley blend ingredients (leave lumpy)  a creamy batter will have your waffles like pancakes.
