Nachos Vegan Style




  Since you are connected to the eternal being. You are the physical embodiment of infinity. Trillions of eons coupled with being human and inner, outer, over then we get to an understanding, of what that means.
   You are not perfect and you don't have to be. Revel in the fact that you F**** up sometime. Understand this and overcome most obstacles. Most importantly, never forget who you are, overstand this and overcome all obstacles.

Nachos!

Clean lentils and veggies. Place lentils, onion, bell pepper, spices, and water in a pot (with a lid). Bring beans up to a rolling boil making sure as to not let any water boil over. The added salt will raise the boiling temperature of the water. Let it boil for 5 mins in covered on high. Place lid on and let it continue to boil on high for another 5 - 8 mins. 
  Turn heat down to medium-high for an hour. Lift Lid sparingly, only to stir the beans. Turn to medium-low after an hour. This is an accelerated way to make beans cook faster



Lentils 3 cups
Hot water 7 cups
Veggie broth 1 cup
Veggie bouillon cube 1 
Turmeric 4 tablespoons 
Thyme 1 teaspoon
Celery seed 2 teaspoon
Sage 2 tablespoon
Seasoning Salt 9 dashes 
Onion 1 cut
Oregano
Bell pepper 1 cut




Cook your lentils twice! This is the best way to jampack flavor in a short amount of time.



Add taco seasoning mix and fully incorporate it in.



  Add the same spices minus veggie broth and bullion cubes. Use blue corn tortilla chips splash it with the lentils and top with salsa and you have the simplest form of a Vegan nacho jammed packed with flavor.
