Top 5 benefits of being Vegan

If no one has told you, you are great! You are connected to an eternal infinite entity. We are all physical manifestations of our thoughts. Being a Vegan is more than a trend. It is a lifestyle that will make you question what you think you know about the world and your position in it. Being a Vegan is cool but what are the perks? Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no such thing as a healthy meat. Being a Vegan has unlimited positive effects on ones overall well-being.

Top 5 benefits of being Vegan

•1. Heightened Source Connection - We are infinite eternal beings connected to the original source. Imagine a source light hitting a prism. From the prism, comes an array of lights of all colors, shades, and hues. Some visible and some not visible. It is not until the light hits the prism that the different colors are created. When one begins their transition is when a heighten state of awareness begins. At the end of the day you are what you eat.

•2. Cancer treatment - For a while now there have been many recent discoveries on consuming meat and it's side effect on the human body. When one starts to make the transition the body will improve. Don't take my word for it. It is scientifically proven that having an alkaline vegan diet your body can rejuvenate itself. Don't know where to start?
Alfredo Darrington Bowman or Dr. Sebi has an arsenal of information about healing. (R.I.P. Dr. Sebi)

•3. Diabetes Treatment - Does diabetes run in your family? Chances are probably not. Foods such as breads and pastas breakdown into sugar at the cellular level. If you're diabetic has your level shot through the roof after eating a sandwich and you didn't know why?

•4. Energy level - Level up on your energy without having to go Super Sayain. The way of a Vegan warrior will increase your metabolism giving you more vigor. Mix the lifestyle with exercise that will maximize your energy level ( It's over 9,000!) And finally have that beach body that will never have to make a New Years resolution for again.

•5. Heal-thy self - Holistic approach is the healthiest choice of a consumer. The name says it all it encompasses everything! It is not only a boost for your body but your mind as well. Free your self of dead weight, dead thoughts, and most importantly dead food. Eat living foods so you can be infused with life and not death. We've all gone in the bathroom after someone and thought. It smells like something died in here..well it was already dead.

Lentil (bean) burgers!

Lentils 3 cups
Hot water 7 cups
Veggie broth 1 cup
Veggie bullion cube 1
Turmeric 2 table spoons
Thyme 1 tea spoon
Celery seed 1 tea spoon
Sage 1/2 table spoon
Seasoning Salt 4 dashes
Onion 1 cut
Bell pepper 1 cut
Bread crumbs 1/3 cup
Spelt flour 1/2 cup
Burger buns!
Favorite condiments

Clean lentils and veggies. Place lentils, onion, bell pepper, spices, and water in a pot (with a lid). Bring beans up to a rolling boil making sure as to not let any water boil over. The added salt will raise the boiling temperature of the water. Let it boil for 5 mins in covered on high. Place lid on and let it continue to boil on high for another 5 - 8 mins. Turn heat down to medium high for an hour. Lift Lid sparingly, only to stir the beans. Turn to medium low after an hour. This is an accelerated way to make beans cook faster. Once the beans are done remove from heat and let cool. Once beans are cooled drain any excess water. Beans need to be as dry as possible for it to hold. Place beans in a large bowl or mixing dish. Add the bread crumbs. *If to wet to hold add more bread crumbs and or baking powder*. Add oil and mix. Add another round of spices and mix. After all is fully incorporated form into patties in your hand. Mixture should still be semi moist. After a patty is formed place spelt flour on both sides. Coat the bottom of a non stick skillet with oil. *Oil is a must it will not cook properly without it*. Cook on medium to medium high. Cook one side of the patty for 5 to 8 mins or until you can move freely without worry of it falling apart. Do not mash. Flip and let the other side cook until done as well. Take off and let cool. Will take longer than a usual burger to cool. Top with your favorite condiment and take your time before you eat.
