Vegan Protein

In the infinite torodial universe we are the sum of smaller pieces. The pieces express themselves as numbers ,with 9 being on the helm of numbers. The power of 9 is all to true and well.

1 + 8 = 9 

2 + 7 = 9

3 + 6 = 9

4 + 5 = 9

Yes the rabbit hole does go way deeper than that alice. 9 is the center of the storm. The start of the coil and the spiral on the double helix. With keeping the tradition of small things having enormous impacts on the universe. Let's look at an important entity of veganism, which is protein!

Vegan Protien

Protein is the top way to build muscle and stay being a Vegan full and fulfilled. Amino acids are what make up the protein. 

Avocados

Avocados can be a great addition to any verde sauce or even smoothies. Either way don't sleep on avocados they can be enjoyed raw after you remove the pit, add a few seasonings, hot sauce or sriracha. Avocados contain about 3gs of protein per 1.

Hemp seeds 

If you need a boost of energy hemp seeds are a go to. Hemp seeds can be made into a powder. The powder can be a Vegan based protein powder to replace any that you have. Hemp seeds can also be made into a milk that will be delicious and nutritious. Hemp milk is a great liquid base for any smoothie or shake. Next time you have granola or oats add a small amount of hemp seeds and see the improvement for yourself.

Sunflower seeds

Other than being a ballpark favorite sunflower seeds are essential to any diet. The amount of protein jam packed into these tiny favorites are second to none.  As well as being able to bea staple in seed and nut meats. Sunflower seeds are an American tradition.

Spirulina

This veggie of the sea is packed with a slew of health benefits that will help with almost any ailment immediately. Spirulina can be taken in tablet form or in powder to be added with any smoothies or topped on meals. Spirulina is green gold in the food world.
