How to be a Vegan

Have you wanted to go vegan but not sure how to start? Not sure what to eat? Don't want to be frail and fragile? That's a myth by the way.
Contrary to popular beliefs there is more protein in vegetables than in meat. Think of it this way the thing you eat is eating what? The universe is one major thing ENERGY!  Now is it positive or negative? You chose.

One does not go from meat-eating into veganism overnight. One must transition like a radio until your frequency is in balance and harmony with where you are at. Basically, you start by removing one of the major meat groups. Pork, Beef, Chicken, and sea creatures.
In that order, remove pork first and start having a Vegan meal once every two weeks while keeping your regular eating habits. Do this for two weeks and remove the next meat group (beef) and add your second vegan meal every two weeks. Do this for two weeks and then remove your next meat group until you are complete. The transition can be fun if you allow it to be.
Branch off and try different cuisines all through the transition so it can stay fresh, new and exciting! Whether it's Jamaican when it's your week to knock chicken off. Or the last seafood platter that you'll taste just have fun with it.

What do Vegans Eat?
Tasty salads, soups, and...ex ney. There are already vegan alternatives to your favorite meals, no joke.

•Burgers
•Chimichangas
•Nachos
•Pasta sauce
•Pizza
•Fried Plantains
•Fajitas
•Fried Mushrooms
•Enchiladas

Yummy! I know

**Caution** All vegan ain't good Vegan. There are some traps you could fall into due to lack-luster taste or performance. If you are dining out it's probably good to find a low key joint that has good word of mouth references.

For all of that money, conscious consumers here's my personal recipe

Cinnamon Fried Apples

Ingredients
2 large Granny Smith apples
1/3 cup Grapeseed oil
chopped and Juice of ½ lemon
1/4 cup Turbinado Cain sugar
6 dashes of Cinnamon
2 dashes of Clove

Instructions
Peel, core and cut apples into even slices.
Add apples in a mixing bowl. Add your sugar, cinnamon and a dash of salt. Add lemon juice
Add your oil in a skillet over medium heat. Give adequate time to let the oil warm up about 5 mins

Let apples cook on medium until they start to brown slightly. Be sure both sides cook evenly
(do not overcook. Apples should be firm to the touch, yet tender with a little give to the bite.)
Lower heat if needed.
Let the apples cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. When it is ready it will have a syrup consistency.
Remove from heat and sprinkle apples with cinnamon.
Toss to distribute cinnamon.
Plate apples and serve to pipe hot!

Closing question where do you belong in the universe? What can you actually control?
